PROJECT BACKGROUND

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) oversees an extensive network of branches across Saudi Arabia, delivering vital services to citizens and residents. The Ministry faced challenges in managing and monitoring operations due to outdated infrastructure and limited connectivity between branches. To address these issues, MHRSD sought to implement a comprehensive solution that would enable real-time monitoring, improve operational efficiency, and upgrade IT infrastructure across all its branches. Jadwa was selected as the implementation partner to design and execute this nationwide initiative.


OBJECTIVES:

  • Implement a centralized monitoring system for approximately 330 branches.
  • Upgrade IT infrastructure, to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure seamless communication and real-time oversight across geographically diverse regions.

The project covered all major regions of Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless operations and monitoring across a nationwide network of branches


SCOPE OF WORK:

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT:

  • Conducted comprehensive technical assessments to address branch-specific requirements.
  • Supplied and installed Avigilon as the main security surveillance solution and Datwyler as the passive infrastructure solution.
  • Implemented advanced switching solution to ensure uninterrupted and efficient communication between branches.

MONITORING SYSTEMS:

  • Designed and implemented a centralized system to monitor branch performance, network uptime, and security metrics.
  • Integrated real-time data analytics and reporting tools to enhance decision-making.

CHALLENGES:

  • Navigating the vast and varied terrain of the Kingdom posed logistical challenges in material delivery and on-site installations.

TECHNICAL COMPLEXITY:
