Responsibilities:
1- Customer Needs Analysis and Solution Provision:
Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients in structural engineering, architecture, telecommunications, and low current systems.
Analyze the engineering environment of the client and offer technical solutions that meet their needs, ensuring innovative and competitive solutions.
2- Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals:
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and competitive pricing.
Effectively communicate the benefits of the company’s technological and engineering solutions to clients.
3- Client Relations and Development:
Build and strengthen solid relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities and expand the client base.
Engage with potential clients and conduct on-site visits to offer services and solutions that suit their needs.
4- Internal Coordination Across Departments:
Collaborate closely with technical departments and support teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and promptly to meet client requirements.
Work with the design and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions comply with the technical standards and client requirements.
5- Market Research and Pricing Strategies:
Conduct market analysis and keep track of industry trends, including the latest technologies and innovations in structural and architectural engineering and telecommunications.
Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis and industry trends.
6- Achieving Sales Targets:
Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
Follow the sales process from negotiation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction with the provided service.
7- Preparation of Regular Reports:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports including analyses on sales performance, challenges, and recommendations to improve performance and achieve targets.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– Minimum one year of procurement experience, preferably in infrastructure and construction projects.
– Proficient in procurement procedures, supplier management, and knowledge of infrastructure materials and equipment.
– Strong negotiation and analytical skills with quick decision-making abilities.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience in project management software like Primavera or ERP systems is advantageous.
– Fluency in English Language.
