Scope of Work:
– Specializing in Infrastructure Projects (Water and Wastewater) and Construction Projects.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee procurement processes ensuring materials and equipment meet project requirements.
– Source, assess, and select suppliers based on quality and cost criteria.
– Negotiate prices and contract terms for optimal deals.
– Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and material quality.
– Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align purchases with technical specifications.
– Generate regular reports on purchase status, supplier performance, and costs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– Minimum one year of procurement experience, preferably in infrastructure and construction projects.
– Proficient in procurement procedures, supplier management, and knowledge of infrastructure materials and equipment.
– Strong negotiation and analytical skills with quick decision-making abilities.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience in project management software like Primavera or ERP systems is advantageous.
– Fluency in English Language.
